Me to Julia first thing this morning:
me- "Good morning, Julia."
J- "No, I'm Sunshine."
me- "Good morning, Sunshine."
J showing me her elbow- "Mom, look at my elbow."
I look, see nothing and ask- "Is it hurt?"
J- "No." continues showing me her boring elbow.
me- "Hi, elbow."
J- "Elbows don't say, 'Hi!' They don't have smiles or eyes...{pause}...or ears, or heads, or, noses, or cheeks, or chins, or necks, or bodies, or chests. That's everything."
me-"oh. Silly me."
